We are human. We understand that sometimes we change our minds!

That's why free returns are offerred within the first 14 days from purchase in line with our 'Try it for Free for 14 Days' policy. Just cover return shipping.

We also hand-pick and post every order carefully. Whilst we maintan a high standard when ensuring your new wallet is perfect, we are subject to human error.

So we also gladly offer returns on faulty, defective or damaged products in line with our 'Quality Assurance Guarantee'. 

To apply for this refund please reach out at hello@hskompact.com.au (Australia) or hello@hskompact.co.nz (New Zealand) and submit your returns request. Please attach photos of the fault (if possible) and explain the issue. ✔️

Note: Refunds for fault, damage or defects must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
